Our TPU fabrics are engineered for mission-critical reliability. They offer excellent low-temperature flexibility (down to -40°C), superior UV resistance, high hydrolysis resistance, and airtight/waterproof performance, making them ideal for outdoor and marine environments.
For stock samples, we can ship within 24-48 hours. For custom production orders, the lead time typically ranges from 15 to 25 days, depending on the complexity of the specifications and our current production schedule.
Generally, our MOQ for custom colors or specifications is 1,000 – 1,500 meters. However, we understand the needs of prototyping and startups, so we are open to discussing smaller trial orders depending on the material type.
We implement a 100% full-process inspection system. From incoming raw material testing to our automated infrared thickness monitoring during lamination, every meter of fabric is tracked. We also conduct in-house laboratory tests for peel strength, air tightness, and abrasion resistance on every batch to ensure it meets your specific industrial standards before shipment.
